  • 0.5 cup original barbecue sauce kraft
  • cup three cheese shredded with a touch of philadelphia kraft
  • clove garlic minced
  • cups potatoes hot instant prepared mashed
  • Tbsp oil 
  •  onion thinly sliced cut in half,
  • lb pork tenderloin 
  • 0.5 cup heinz tomato ketchup

Directions

  1. Cut meat into 8 slices; pound to 1/2-inch thickness.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in barbecue sauce, ketchup and garlic; cook 4 to 5 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add meat; turn to evenly coat with sauce. Cover; simmer 5 min. or until done.
  5. Mix potatoes and cheese.
  6. Serve with meat.
