  • 0.5 cup queso asadero old el paso®
  • 11 oz flour tortilla for burritos (8 tortillas; old el paso®
  • 0.5 cup guacamole 
  • cup refried beans old el paso®
  • 0.5 cup salsa thick old el paso®

Directions

  1. Spread 1/4 cup refried beans over each of 4 tortillas.
  2. Place 1 bean-topped tortilla in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons dip over beans. Top with additional tortilla.
  4. Heat 5 minutes.
  5. With large pancake turner, turn quesadilla; heat 1 to 2 minutes longer. Repeat with remaining tortillas and dip.
  6. Cut each quesadilla into 8 wedges.
  7. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
