  • 1.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon caraway seeds 
  •  fuji apple cored cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  •  garlic clove smashed
  • lb cabbage red cored cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • tablespoons butter unsalted
  •  allspice whole crushed
