Ingredients

  • pound broccoli fresh cut into florets
  • tablespoons butter 
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 16 ounce grape tomatoes 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5  bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cut grape tomatoes in half; set aside.
  2. Cook broccoli in boiling water to cover 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Drain.
  4. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; stir in garlic and lemon juice, and saut 2 minutes. Stir in broccoli; saut 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, bell pepper, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; saut 1 minute.
  5. Serve immediately.
