  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • cups brown rice instant uncooked
  • oz mushrooms sliced
  • Tbsp olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup planters walnut pieces toasted

Directions

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and celery; cook 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add mushrooms; cook 3 min. or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add broth; stir. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
  6. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  7. Add walnuts and parsley; mix lightly.
