  • cup cooking wine dry white
  • 16 oz milk velveetaâ 2% cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Combine cornstarch and mustard in medium saucepan.
  2. Add wine; whisk until completely dissolved.
  3. Add VELVEETA; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  4. Add cheddar; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
