  • cups broccoli florets frozen
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1.5 cups rice white instant uncooked
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft lite zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into strips
  • 0.3 cup teriyaki sauce 
  • 1.3 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until done.
  3. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in broccoli and rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Fluff with fork.
