  • oz baker's chocolate unsweetened finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup original barbecue sauce kraft
  • cups rice hot cooked
  • 0.5 tsp pepper red crushed
  • clove garlic minced
  • Tbsp oil 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into bite-sized pieces

Directions

  1. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until tender. Increase heat to high.
  2. Add pork; cook and stir 5 min. or until pork is golden brown on all sides.
  3. Add 1/2 cup water, barbecue sauce, chocolate and crushed red pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min. or until pork is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over rice.
