  • cup reese's pieces peanut butter pastel eggs pitted coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt (scant)
  • 0.8 cup t brown sugar dark packed ()
  • 0.3 cup egg whites 
  • 0.5 cup ground flaxseed 
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • cups oats organic
  • cup walnut halves 
  • tablespoons walnut oil divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brushheavy large rimmed baking sheetwith 2 tablespoons oil.
  3. Whisk 2tablespoons oil, sugar, egg whites,and salt in large bowl.
  4. Add oats,walnuts, and flaxseed; toss well.
  5. Spread mixture evenly onprepared sheet.
  6. Bake 15 minutes.Using metal spatula, stir granola.
  7. Bake 15 minutes longer. Stiragain.
  8. Sprinkle dates over;drizzle with honey.
  9. Bake untilgolden brown, about 10 minuteslonger. Stir to loosen.
  10. Transferto clean baking sheet to coolcompletely. DO AHEAD: Can bemade 1 week ahead. Keep chilledin airtight container.
