Ingredients

  • teaspoon bottled garlic minced
  • 28 ounce canned tomatoes diced drained canned
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins 
  • pound ground pork lean
  • 1.5 cups onion chopped ( 1 medium)
  • 0.3 cup pimiento-stuffed olives green sliced
  • teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 ounce hamburger buns whole wheat

Directions

  1. Cook onion, garlic, and pork in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
  2. Drain and return mixture to pan. Stir in raisins and next 5 ingredients (through tomatoes). Reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in olives.
  3. Spread about 2/3 cup picadillo mixture on bottom half of each bun; cover with top half of bun.
