  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • small onions white peeled
  • pound meat from a rotisserie chicken whole cut into pieces

  1. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
  2. Pour excess oil off.
  3. Stir in undiluted soup, sherry, and whole onions. Cover. Simmer for 45 minutes, or until done. Stir occasionally.
