Ingredients

  • slices oscar mayer bacon chopped
  • 15 oz tomato sauce canned
  • tsp chili powder 
  • cups rice hot cooked
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • medium onion cut into 1/4-inch rings
  •  jalapeão peppers seeded cut into strips
  • 0.3 cup planters roasted peanuts dry chopped
  • lb shrimp cleaned peeled

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet; drain.
  3. Add dressing, onion, garlic and jalapeo pepper to skillet; cook 5 min.
  4. Add tomato sauce and chili powder; cook 5 min.
  5. Add shrimp; cook 5 to 8 min. or until shrimp are pink.
  6. Spoon shrimp mixture over rice.
  7. Sprinkle with bacon and peanuts before serving.
