  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  •  to 4 cucumbers halved sliced
  • cups farro 
  • cup flat-leaf parsley leaves 
  • tablespoons meyer lemon juice 
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.5 cup onion red halved sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon gray sea salt
