Ingredients

  • cups baby spinach 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • teaspoon honey 
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • tablespoon oregano fresh chopped
  • cups radishes with root and 1/2-inch stem left on cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch wedges,
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons citrus champagne vinegar
