  • teaspoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • cup torn radish leaves 
  • cups radishes with root and 1-inch stem left on halved lengthwise
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add radishes to pan; cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add radishes to pan; saut 3 minutes or until butter is browned and fragrant.
  6. Add rind, juice, and salt; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove pan from heat; stir in radish leaves and pepper.
