Ingredients

  • Tbsp grey poupon country dijon mustard 
  • Tbsp optional: dill fresh chopped
  • Tbsp olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup classic ranch dressing kraft
  • lb potatoes red quartered ( 6)
  • 0.8 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into thin strips
  • 1.5 cups pasilla peppers mixed green red yellow chopped

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or just until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is done.
  4. Place in large bowl; set aside.
  5. Mix dressing, mustard and dill until blended.
  6. Drain potatoes.
  7. Add to chicken along with the peppers and dressing mixture; mix lightly.
