Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups bagged coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
  •  corn tortillas (6 in.)
  • medium bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.5 cup peppercorn ranch dressing divided kraft
  • medium onion red chopped
  • lb fish fillets white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet.
  2. Bake 10 min. or until crisp and lightly browned.
  3. Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  4. Add fish; cook 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Remove from heat. Use a fork to break up the fish into smaller pieces. Stir in half of the dressing.
  6. Add remaining dressing to coleslaw blend; toss lightly. Spoon evenly onto tortillas; top with fish mixture, peppers and onion.
