Ingredients

  • slices processed cheese food cut in half diagonally
  • tablespoons spring onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup ranch dressing 
  • small tomatoes cut into 6 slices
  • 0.3 cup water boiling
  • 12 oz water-packed tuna light chunk drained well canned
  • 1.5 cups frangelico 
  • 1.5 cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450F. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and boiling water until soft dough forms. Gather dough into a ball.
  2. Place dough on surface lightly dusted with Bisquick mix.
  3. Roll dough into 13-inch round.
  4. Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan; pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim.
  5. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown.
  6. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix tuna, dressing and onions.
  7. Spread tuna mixture over crust. Arrange tomato and cheese slices alternately in a pinwheel pattern on tuna mixture.
  8. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into wedges.
