Ingredients

  • servings mint leaves fresh for garnish
  •  juice of lemon juiced
  • 1.5 pounds raspberries 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  •  thai chile stemmed seeded roughly chopped
  • cup water 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Using a blender, combine all of the ingredients and puree. Pass through a strainer to remove the seeds.
  2. Place the mixture in an ice cream machine and freeze sorbet according to manufacture's directions.
  3. Place in freezer until ready to serve.
  4. Serve in a Martini glass with fresh mint leaves.
