  • cup garbanzo beans drained and rinsed canned
  • 10 oz canned tomatoes with chiles canned
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes canned
  • stalks celery chopped
  • teaspoons basil dried
  • cloves garlic chopped
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • pound ground sausage italian hot crumbled
  •  onion chopped
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • oz tomato paste canned
  • cup water 
  •  zucchinis sliced

Directions

  1. Combine sausage, onion, celery, peppers, zucchini and garlic in a large saucepan; saut until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender.
