  • tablespoons pepper flakes red to taste
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 28 ounce tomato purée canned
  • cups water 
  • cup rice long grain white

Directions

  1. In a large pot, combine the tomato puree, water and green onions. Season with red pepper flakes. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Add rice and cook until tender, about 30 minutes.
  3. Add fish and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
