- 1 pound catfish fillets cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 bunch green onions sliced
- 2 tablespoons pepper flakes red to taste
- 6 servings salt and pepper to taste
- 28 ounce tomato purée canned
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup rice long grain white
