  • fillet fish fillet white such as hake
  • tsp curry paste red
  •  avocado sliced
  •  cucumber sliced into fingers
  •  the of 1 cos lettuce separated
  • small bunch cilantro leaves roughly chopped
  •  lime zest 
  • tsp clear honey 
  • 250 brown rice cooked

  1. Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas
  2. Brush each fish fillet with 1 tsp of curry paste, then roast on a baking sheet for 8-10 mins until the fish flakes easily.
