  • cups cauliflower steamed cut into small pieces
  • cups corned beef ribs cooked cut into small pieces
  •  eggs 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  •  onion sliced
  • servings salt an pepper to taste
  • cup sauerkraut 
  • 0.5 cup swiss cheese 
  • servings thousand island dressing to taste
