  • 0.8 cup onion red thinly sliced
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup rice long grain uncooked
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.3 cup rice wild uncooked
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper yellow chopped

Directions
