  • 1.5 tablespoons butter 
  • 0.3 cup sage fresh finely chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 1.5 cups rice long-grain uncooked
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • cups water 
  • teaspoons citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. Bring 3 cups water and salt to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add rice; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 19 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  3. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  4. While rice stands, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add sage and garlic; saut 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is golden.
  6. Add garlic mixture and vinegar to rice; toss well.
