  • 0.5 cup ground mocha java coffee finely
  • cups water boiling
  • cups whipping cream

Directions

  1. Place coffee grounds in basket of a French drip coffee pot.
  2. Pour boiling water, a few tablespoonfuls at a time, over coffee grounds. Continue process until all water has dripped through grounds.
  3. Bring cream to a boil.
  4. To serve, pour 1/2 cup coffee and 1/2 cup cream in a serving cup.
  5. Add sugar, if desired, stirring well.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Note: For Caf Noir, omit whipping cream.
