  • oz cheese blue crumbled
  • cup croutons 
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise light
  • 0.3 cup yogurt plain low-fat
  • ounces roast beef thinly sliced cut into small pieces
  • cups the of 1 cos lettuce quartered
  • servings salt and pepper

Directions
