Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup apple cider 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • cup cranberries fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 0.3 cup maple syrup 
  • 0.3 cup pecans toasted chopped
  •  roasted winter squash

Directions

  1. Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in cranberries, and simmer 8 minutes or until cranberry skins split.
  3. Remove from heat, and stir in pecans. Spoon cranberry mixture over warm squash wedges.
