  • cups roasted beets red chopped
  • cups black beans dried cooled cooked drained
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • cup green onions chopped
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  •  juice of lemon 

Equipment

    Directions

    1. Mix beans and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
    2. Place beets on platter; top with bean mixture.
    3. Sprinkle with onions.
    4. Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Squeeze lemon juice over salad.
