  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  • lb beets ()
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  2. Cut off all but 2 inches of beet tops. Wash beets; leave whole with root ends attached.
  3. Place beets in ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
