  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoons capers drained
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup olive green sliced
  • 0.8 teaspoon olive oil 
  • 1.5 ounces parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • pound pizza cheese italian cheese-flavored (such as Boboli)
  • large bell pepper red
  • teaspoons red wine vinegar 
  • large bell pepper yellow

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise, and discard seeds and membranes.
  3. Place bell pepper halves, skin sides up, on a foil-lined baking sheet, and flatten with hand. Broil 15 for minutes or until blackened.
  4. Place in a zip-top plastic bag, and seal.
  5. Let stand 15 minutes. Peel and cut into strips.
  6. Combine bell peppers, green olives, and next 5 ingredients (olives through black pepper) in a bowl.
  7. Preheat oven to 35
  8. Divide the bell pepper mixture evenly among pizza crusts; sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes or until cheese melts.
  10. Cut each into 12 wedges.
