  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  •  shallots chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh minced

Directions

  1. Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges.
