  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika smoked
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • lb carrots fresh cut into 2 1/2-inch pieces

Directions

  5. Place carrots in single layer in pan.
  6. Roast uncovered 30 minutes, stirring once, until golden brown. Immediately remove carrots from pan.
