Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 1.5 pounds cauliflower florets 
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves halved
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • medium onions quartered
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 50
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Place onion mixture and cauliflower in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Combine water and mustard; pour over vegetable mixture. Toss to coat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake at 500 for 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
