  • 15 oz chickpeas rinsed canned (garbanzo beans)
  • cups cauliflower florets 
  • 0.5 tsp pepper red crushed
  • Tbsp cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic sliced
  • cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  • Tbsp olive oil 
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese grated kraft

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Spread cauliflower and chickpeas onto rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with garlic and crushed pepper.
  3. Drizzle with oil.
  4. Bake 30 min.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl.
  6. Add cheeses and cilantro; mix lightly.
