- 1 tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
- 2 teaspoons tarragon fresh chopped
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves fresh chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese fresh grated

- Place cauliflower in a large roasting pan or jelly-roll pan.
