  • 1.8 pound cauliflower trimmed cut into 1 1/2-inch florets
  • tablespoons sage leaves fresh
  • teaspoons lemon rind grated
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 50
  2. Place a large baking sheet in oven.
  3. Heat 5 minutes.
  4. While pan heats, place cauliflower in a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle cauliflower with oil; toss until coated.
  6. Sprinkle with pepper and salt; toss well.
  7. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on hot pan.
  8. Bake at 500 for 12 minutes or until browned and tender.
  9. Transfer cauliflower to a bowl.
  10. Add sage and lemon rind; toss well.
  11. Serve immediately.
