  •  ears corn sweet yellow
  •  jalapeno diced seeded finely
  • servings kosher salt 
  •  lime cut into 4 wedges
  • teaspoons lime zest finely grated
  • cup manchego cheese finely grated
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • tablespoons butter unsalted ()

Directions
