  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic bulbs 
  • servings olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese shredded refrigerated
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • pounds potatoes peeled quartered
  • teaspoons salt divided
  • 0.3 cup whipping cream

Directions

  3. Bring potato, 1 teaspoon salt, and water to cover to a boil in a Dutch oven; boil 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain.
