Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon basil dried
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves dried
- 1 tablespoon italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 pound pork tenderloin trimmed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes dried instant
- 0.8 teaspoon salt

Directions
- Preheat oven to 37
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; rub over all sides of pork.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
- Add pork and cook 3 minutes; turn and cook 2 minutes on other side or until browned.
- Wrap handle of pan with foil.
- Bake at 375 for 18 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160 (slightly pink).
- Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
