  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • teaspoon basil dried
  • teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • tablespoon italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • pound pork tenderloin trimmed
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • teaspoon onion flakes dried instant
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; rub over all sides of pork.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  4. Add pork and cook 3 minutes; turn and cook 2 minutes on other side or until browned.
  5. Wrap handle of pan with foil.
  6. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160 (slightly pink).
  7. Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
