  • 0.8 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoon olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounce shallots peeled quartered
  • 3.5 ounce mushroom caps quartered
