  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoon butter melted
  • 0.5 cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 24 ounce walla walla sweet peeled quartered
  • teaspoons or dried fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a jelly roll pan or shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray; toss to coat.
  3. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring once.
  4. Pour broth over onions; stir gently to combine.
  5. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until tender.
  6. Combine the vinegar and honey, stirring with a whisk.
  7. Drizzle over onions, tossing gently to coat.
