  • tablespoon mint leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon sage fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • servings ground pepper black to taste
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 0.8 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  •  parsnips peeled cut into large sticks

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Place the parsnips into a mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle in the garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper to taste. Toss until evenly coated, and spread out evenly onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the parsnips are tender, about 30 minutes.
  5. Scrape into a mixing bowl, and toss with the mint and sage.
