  • slices oscar mayer bacon crumbled cooked
  • oz cheddar cheese cubed kraft ()
  • Tbsp thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • oz monterrey jack cheese cubed kraft ()
  • lb new potatoes red quartered
  • Tbsp vinegar 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Place potatoes in baking dish.
  3. Mix dressing, vinegar and thyme in small bowl.
  4. Pour half of the dressing mixture over potatoes; mix lightly. Refrigerate remaining dressing mixture.
  5. Bake 40 to 50 min. or until fork tender.
  6. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  7. Combine potatoes, bacon, cheeses and remaining dressing mixture in medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Garnish with additional fresh thyme before serving, if desired.
