Perfectly vegetarian and gluten-free, this dish embodies the essence of comfort food while packing a punch of excitement with every bite.

The star of the show, Yukon Gold potatoes, are transformed into golden-brown wedges that are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Roasting them in olive oil helps bring out their natural sweetness, while the addition of chipotle powder infuses a smoky heat that elevates this dish to new heights. The warmth of garlic adds depth and a mouthwatering aroma that will have everyone eagerly awaiting the meal.

To balance the richness of the potatoes, a creamy chipotle sauce made with crème fraîche or sour cream comes into play. With just 45 minutes from start to finish, this recipe is not only simple but deeply satisfying, ideal for impressing your guests or enjoying a cozy night in.
