Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter room temperature
- 0.3 cup feta crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 0.3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon juice of lemon
- 1 tablespoon oregano chopped
- 1 pound potatoes peeled cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 large roasted pepper diced red
- 4 servings salt and pepper to taste
