Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 50
  2. Coat a jelly-roll pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place beans on pan, and arrange in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle with oil, and toss gently to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  6. Bake on top rack of oven at 500 for 12 minutes or until beans are tender and beginning to brown, stirring once.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper.
