  • cups milk 
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.7 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Watch how to make this recipe.
  2. Combine cooked rice, milk, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add raisins and vanilla. Cook for 25 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Mix in lemon zest and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Spoon pudding into a serving dish and dust with remaining cinnamon. May serve chilled or at room temperature.
