  • 0.3 cup grey poupon country dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup green onions finely chopped
  • Tbsp butter melted
  • 1.5 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • tsp tarragon leaves dried

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix mustard, onions, margarine and tarragon until well blended.
  3. Place chicken, top-sides down, on large cutting board.
  4. Spread each breast with 1 Tbsp. of the mustard mixture. Starting at one of the short ends, tightly roll up chicken.
  5. Place, seam-sides down, in single layer in shallow lightly greased baking dish; brush evenly with the remaining mustard mixture.
  6. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170F).
