  • pound leg of lamb trimmed
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • servings garnish: rosemary sprigs fresh
  • teaspoon salt 
  • servings tzatziki sauce

Directions
